Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research is the only UK charity solely dedicated to research into blood cancers, including leukaemia, lymphoma and myeloma. We're proud to announce they will be the official charity for Run to the Beat powered by Nike+ 2011. Over the past 3 years they have raised over £800,000 through the event and they're looking to combat £1million this year. You can help them make that difference!

HOW YOUR SPONSORSHIP CAN HELP:

• - £10 will buy a simple kit to extract DNA from blood cells allowing them to identify genetic defects that can help them understand and treat blood cancers
• - £100 will support a PhD student for one day to conduct vital research into blood cancers
• - £1000 will buy electrophoresis equipment needed to separate out vital DNA or proteins to carry out experiments on specific types of blood cancers
